i stage try and get the rpms up before the tree starts i mat the pedal and dump the clutch and for the first part of the track i try and breath thru all the clutch smoke then i pull 4th and stare at the speedo to see if i'm over 120 mph

If you remember back Troy I was working the tree the last part of the rental at PRP. I had an up-close view of your launch technique with a certain LX foxbody. What an incredible view when you are the starter. I could see the rpm's @ launch.

I usually watch the tach as long as the car is running straight, but then when it's only running mid-12's, it isn't too hard to do, ya know.
