Whats your budget for the total project?
    Whats your combo now?

Maybe think about a Anderson cam, Anderson springs & some new lifters.
    Anderson Cam $300
    Anderson Springs $130
    Comp Cam Lifters $200
    New gaskets, oil, etc...

    You should be under $700

As Rob asked, what is your current combo, specifically the heads, intake, and tuning device? Most people who put an E-cam in a 94-95 have idle issues. The only alpha bet cams worth a damn is the B303 with 1.7 rockers for a mild NA setup, or an F cam in a mild turbo car. I wouldn't use any of them personally though.

I have an E cam in my white car. I don't have idle issues but like said above its almost the same as a stock cam only slightly better in some applications. I bought it with the E cam in it and since its already there, I'm just going to leave it until I build a Dart. It has an awesome loopy idle though

if you put a cam in a 94-95 plan on a tune unless you get one with 114 lobe sep , which are normally cams for boosted applications

Picking a cam based on its idle lope is, to put it nicely, not smart.

If you're running a stock 5.0 you'll gain very little from a cam swap. You'll probably end up moving your powerband somewhere that's less than optimum for street driving which in turn will make your car feel like a slug.

Yeah, a lopey, rumbly idle sounds great, but you'll wish you still had the stock cam when a stock Corolla beats you red light to red light.

Seriously dude, rethink what you're doing with your Mustang.
On a tight budget ? Pick up a set of GT40 heads and an explorer intake.

Having a fast "sounding" car is not the same as having a fast car.

Now what in the world do you know about boost? You are talking like you have some boosted examples in your camp.

A guy on sbfforums seems to know how to do a good cam. Name is Jay allen, from camshaft innovations. Haven't had personal experience with him, but his custom grinds were highly recommended last time i was there.

I've heard good things about him too. I haven't used him personally, but I've been to his website, and the camshaft information form you can get comes in 3 different versions. The "most detailed" version wants so much information he really has to know his stuff if he can factor this data in to wring every last ounce from your engine.

I have also purchased a cam from Jay Allen. Dont know how well its going to run since my engine is currently on a stand.

GMKILLR did have awsome results with the first cam he got from him.
