Help me figure this out.

I have this friend of quite a few years who feels I have shunned him off over a woman he met. Ill get to this later.

The story starts about this time last year, he breaks up with his long time girl friend and he hangs out with me and the wife 3-4 times a week for dinner, out to the bar, ETC. We usually go out in a large group including a member here and his girl friend. Come to find out he was texting his girl and trying to split them up to move in on her. Not cool I thought but it kinda wasn't my business. Well, it didn't work out.

Then I find out he borrowed a bunch of money from his previous girl to buy a truck not long before the break up. Never paid it back and went out and bought another truck.

Fast forward to a few months ago, still hanging out but he spent most of the summer with another buddy of ours who was also into diesel trucks. They even went to the diesel races and shared a hotel for the weekend. Well, the following weekend of the diesel races we find out he has been texting this buddys girl and was staying at her house that next weekend. The weeks afterwards he is going around telling everyone the other guy and her private business. At this point, I just couldn't write this off as coincidence and pretty much kept my distance but never said I didn't want to talk to him. Now he is online on another board saying I wrote him off over a girl witch is BS. You just don't do shit like this and I don't want to be in the middle of the bs he caused.

Am I wrong?

If I was his ex that he borrowed the money from I would take his ass to small claims court to get my money back.

Im not upset or wanting to beat anyone up, it just amases me how he does shit like this and then try to trash me for not wanting anything to do with him. Complete lack of respect for others feelings and taking advantage of trust are just 2 pet peaves I have.

Don't talk to him and just ignore his shit. If the rest of your friends know what he is doing then they will know your the better person. He sounds like a douche. And who cares what a bunch of strangers think on a board. The people you care about will know your the better person, not a bitch

Well, the other buddy and her broke up and he moved in and proposed marrage about a month later.

I have had similar situations over the years. You have to ask yourself this. Do you want (need) the drama?

I would personally steer clear and distance myself from the situation and watch it burn to the ground.

As for your lack of detail upon your story. Let me clear the air a lil.
First off I was texting Jen to help her and kimmel out for awhile even his friends knew about it. Adam knew so did Tammy and amber and brit. Hell they even told me some things to tell her to lighten up on. As for airing their business, She didn't care she just wanted people to know more then one side of the story. She had broken up with him 3 weeks prior to me coming over to her house. He just never acknowledged it. Guess if some people would pull their heads out of their ass's and knew both sides but who cares right. You say your not into drama yet you start a whole thread about me saying one thing that no one discussed. That is pretty funny. As for you danny, If it wasn't for me you would probaly still be a worthless ****. If it wasn't for someone telling you off cause you were to lazy to get out of bed when you were jobless to just ride along for directions sake. Lol, I think this is some funny ass shit.
