I'm thinking you should be ok. However, the 265/75 tire will be a little taller than the factory 255/70 tire, so it would throw your speedometer off a little bit ( speedo will read a little slower ). Changing tire circumference also can confuse the ABS - but the change from 255/70 to 265/75 is not that large, so I doubt you'd have a problem. Anyway, those are my guesses - when I replaced the tires on my 2001 Explorer I used the exact same size tire.
Some places like Wal-Mart and Sam's Club will not mount tires that are not exactly the same as the vehicle had when it left the factory. Years ago they'd make you sign a waiver to show that you knew the tire asked them to put on the car was not exactly the same specs as the factory tire - but nowadays they don't do that - at least at the places I've shopped.

Yea as they have said, you will have no problems with that at all. Your spedo might be off by 1 maybe 2 mph at the most.
