Well I was going to build the 95GT i bought, until my hero found a 2000 Mustang V6 and after talking to him over it, i decided to buy it from him and make a nice 90% strip and 10% street car. Well i am finally getting down to this project. Its a V6 car that was wrecked and the guy we got it from lost interest after starting to fix it and got it for a heck of a deal. The first thought that i wanted to do with it was stick to what a i know and put in a good ole pushrod.. And the more re search i do and the more i think about it, the motor i was going to put into it was not going to be worth all the extra work. So after probably about a straight week of doing comparisons and thinking and math and so on and so on, I decided that im going to take a plunge into the mod motors.. Going to be a 4v. Going to build the bottom end using a teskid block and forged crank from a 99/01 cobra and nice rods and pistons.. The top end will be off a 99/01 cobra and same with the wiring and ECU. This is probably the most excited i have been to do a project in a very long time. And im looking forward to learning all i can and do anything i possibly can by myself. Its going to be an all black car or sticking with the redfire paint it has now.. Here are some pics at the beginning of this build

Me and andy first getting it to the shop and taking a look at everything and taking all the spare parts out of it.

This is when we got it into the shop and started taking off the interior and drying it out cause the car covers i used when it sat outside did not prevent against rain nor stayed on the car. So i took out the interior and carpet to get underneath and dry everthing out, clean all the dirt and check all the metal so i dont have any surprises on it.

I am building this car to run in the NMRA mod class (hoping) and the NMCA true street. I have most of the details worked out, but still have alot of things in my head.
