tire store are not allowed to sell tires that are older than 2-3 years. In my shop we have nothing older than 2009 tires. every year we take all the old tires and send them back to the factory

Glad you guys do the right thing. Sadly some dealers do not.

Map - thanks for the great information. I'll be checking the wife's Explorer tomorrow. I wasn't liking how many Explorers I saw in that warehouse in the video... I'm hoping they were running Firestones - I have Michelins on the Explorer now.
