I posted these last night, but they where apparently lost with the "glitch".

Got the Swarr brace installed. Really straightforward install. No real issues ...

Side where the brace clamps the tube ...

Pretty well tied together around the chunk between the Swarr brace and the baseline upper set up ...

I can't get very good pictures of this in my garage. When we do the rest of the rear end upgrades it will be on a lift and I will get better shots with the rear hanging.

So what the heck ... let's fire it up!

There is an exhaust leak at the first V-band, small but noisy... Too freaking hot to mess with tonight ;)

Also, this is still on the EEC-IV. I want to get a few things sorted before i take on the new EMS issues.

Ties the axles tubes to the center section like a truss to prevent tube deflection. It's said that the tubes will camber on a hard launch.

Not getting a lot done this weekend dealing with family stuff, but a few more bits showed up ...

Last year I tried a Stewart Warner boost gauge because it was the only one I could get that went to 30 and still had a vacuum scale. I really like their gauges, especially that the lighting comes through the numbers. Going to change out the voltmeter I have in the car for one of theirs ...

I'm still not sure what i'm going to do with these :D I saw them and liked them, just not sure where they might go (if anywhere). These are formed aluminum (in the pics they still have a plastic overlay on them). Thinking of putting them on the side of the cowl hood, but not sure ...

Hasen't been a lot to post pictures of lately. I've been neck deep in wiring getting everything set up for the new EMS system. I finally have all the wires / cables to the right place, cleaned up some old wiring I didn't like, etc... Going to finish landing the new wires to a terminal block tomorrow then it's ready to hook up the new EMS.

I did manage to fix a couple little things in the console. When I put the AMS boost controller in, I threw a volt meter I had around in there ... I got the new Stewart Warner one installed and cleaned up even more wiring back there. Also, for some reason ,the console in my car was always crooked in the front. I got it more straight, still not perfect, but not near as anoying as it was.

Even more parts that excite me :D We can FINALLY get re-pop sun visor rods for pre 85 cars ... Now, when I get in the gas, I wont have to duck to avoid getting hit with the visor ;)
