    LOL, new location ... trash can :D

    The Microsquirt I'm using is true speed density so it just uses a MAP sensor to calculate flow. No air meter at all on this combo :D

    It's sort of an illusion in the pictures, there is room, enough ot stick my hand in there anyway. It needed to be a little tight to fit everything in there and drop the dump tube between the starter and the K-member. The dump tube is REALLY close to the SVO engine shock on that side, they are likely going to have to go ;)

    looks good so you are dumping the waster gate not tieing it back into down pipe?

    We will see. On the street, I very rarely get to anything like full boost so it should be okay (drive like an old man). The ony question will be if I can hear the engine (knock) over the pipe at the track where it will be open from launch :D

    the guys from hybrid told me that an open dump makes alot more power then plumbed back in

    For sure ... You might take 30% of the exhaust flow out the gate at full boost. Getting that out of the downpipe free's up that flow. The other REAL big benefit is how exhaust flows off the turbine. Sort of hard to "type", but the gas comes off the turbine wheel in a solid, spiral flow path. Interupting that with the gate return hurts flow (BTW - That's why chambered mufflers done work on a turbo car, there are no pulses)

    I've wanted one of these valve covers for a while ... just bumped into one cheap ;) need to decide if I want to paint it red (wrinkle paint) with polished raised sections, or black ...




    Also got the serpentine pullies painted up ...
