My name is Richard Bazzy, and I am the owner of Shults Ford. As you may already know, MCrackin Ford has closed, and their dealership has been consolidated with our 2 Shults Ford stores in the North Hills-Wexford and Harmarville. As the owner of Shults Ford, I would like to welcome all past and present McCrackin customers to the Shults Ford Family !
We are very excited about the opportunity to welcome you, and just a few facts about us:
Our proudest accomplishment is the achievement of Ford's Presidents Award ! That is a reward that only 10% of the dealers nationally achieve and we at Shults Ford achieved 2 of them in 2006! And it I what the award symbolizes that makes us proud; it measures how well we take care of our customers in SALES, and in SERVICE.
Our SERVICE department is also open Saturdays in both locations, again, for your convenience. We also have a full time appointment coordinator to schedule your appointment and rental vehicle needs.
In anticipation of the McCrackin Ford consolidation, we have increased our shop capacity, our number of personnel, and our new and used car inventories! For example, we bought 200 additional new vehicles from McCrackin Ford to ensure we have what you want-when you want it. We have added parts, mechanical lifts and technicians-!! A familiar face that we added in Wexford, is service advisor Mark Cupps!
As an introduction to either of our 2 service departments, I would like to extend to you a complimentary oil change, which you can use at any time- no expiration date--! It doesn't matter when we see you, just that we do-! Please just print this email when you come in for your oil change.
I promise that we will make every effort to ensure your visit here a good one. I hope to be able to establish a long-term relationship with you, and there is nothing that I will not do to achieve that.
