OK, I will let you know. Don't have the car yet, taking it on a trade here shortly. I have been watching ebay for just a cheap superchips max tuner. Don't want to spend alot cause only need it to adjust for gears. This may work for me though. I've bought two superchips tuners cheap on ebay($30ea), but they were locked.

So I bought this tuner on 1/17 from 93fox after being told that it was definately unlocked. Received it on 1/21 and a few days later got the car i was using it on. Found out it was locked. Spend close to a week communicating with 93fox before being told to go ahead and send it back and he would try to unlock it. Was also told he would refund my shipping expense. After another week of waiting from the time it was received i was told he could not get it to unlock and i would be refunded. It has now been 3 weeks since the tuner was received on his end. During this time i find out that the tuner he sold me does not even belong to him that it is someone elses. I paid for this via paypal so filed a claim that way. Only to find out that apparently the person recieved my money from paypal but i am told he cannot return it to me that way because he has no computer. Was told that i would get a refund via a money order. Been waiting for a few weeks to see nothing. 93fox finally gave me a phone number for the person that this supposedly belongs too. I call him on monday and am told he sent it out friday. As of yesterday(wed) still nothing in the mail. I call him again and get told that he may have messed up the address. That he would go to post office and check if it was returned. Said that one way or the other it would go back out today and i should have by Sat. We will have to wait and see on that. Anyway, if people are going to sell things on the internet I don't care if they are their parts or not. You sell it to me, then you are responsible. This is total BS that i have now been waiting close to a month to get my $140 back. I have kept this private and tried to deal with via pm's long enough. Time to let people know that they may want to be careful who they buy from. From the start i kept faith this was an innocent mistake. I was told the car the tuner was used on was put back stock and the tuner was unlocked. That was good for me. After contacting Diablo found out that on their tuner there is a certain way you have to do it. Sent it back no problem to take care of it. When you can't get it to unlock, that is fine. I'm told i'll get a refund and that is fine, i'm cool with that. When i wait 3 weeks for that refund and keep getting excuses then I get pushed to my limits.

tuner wasnt locked just needed updated which was free already did it so i bought tuner for my self
another i gave u the kids numbers to talk to him he did send money order back but it was returned for wrong zip
i told u i had nothing to do with it thats why i gave u his number
so why attack me
with this dick post if i were him id cancel the money order then ur screwed cause his paypal account is closed
