Chris,

We need to make sure this guy is taken care of, ASAP. If you selling something on here, your responsable for making sure the deal is taken care of.

Just be sure the guy gets his money.

if this was taken care of when it should have been we wouldn't have this issue. you posted the item for sale so therefore you are responsible. doesn't matter who you sell it for. convenient that he receives my paypal payment but then closes his acct. If i were the seller and had this issue with someone it would have been taken care of weeks ago.

contacted diablo tech myself after trying to use the tuner. let them know the message coming up on it and they said it was locked. they also asked for the version number that came up. when i gave it to them they said it was an old version and may not unlock. said i could send it in to have it unlocked and updated but since i was not the original purchases it would cost $129.

well, money order was supposed to be sent last thursday. means i should have seen it saturday. i gave it until today(monday) and guess what, still no refund. i'm getting tired of the f'n bs and excuses and want my damn money.

Got my mail today, still no refund that was supposed to have been sent out last thursday. Today is exactly one month since the part was received back on your end. USPS tracking shows the tuner was received on 2/2/2010.

What do ya know. I call the number i was given for the guy this supposedly belonged to and all i get is voice mail now with no return call.

ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE PARTS FROM 93FOX I WOULD BEWARE.

Here is my take on this, I have dealt with Chris a thousand times and never had a problem but, Chris handled the sale of this item so he is responsible for taking care of this matter. He sent the programmer back, Chris admits that he recieved it, the man needs his money back and has every right to be upset.

Just got a call back from Dan who is the person that Chris sold it for. He insist that he sent the money order back out on Thursday. When he gets home tonight he is suppose to call me back with a tracking number for the shipping. We'll see what happens with that.

i would rather ignore the guy than to argue knowin that the money is in the mail

i guess all he can do is keep making post that are getting him no progress in the matter

At this point i am dealing with both. I have been givin dan's number to contact since it was his. However, Chris is the person that sold the tuner and is therefore responsible for getting this taken care of. I've been told for the past two weeks or so that the refund is in the mail. We all know it doesn't take much more than 2-3 days tops to get mail from Pa to Oh. I'm not here to bad mouth or cause trouble for anyone, I just want my damn refund.

again, you both keep telling me it's in the mail but i am not seeing anything on my end. Dan is suppose to call me later with the tracking number for the money order. Hopefully that will resolve part of this.

for all the others that have read this crap. I dealt with Chris thru pm for over 3 weeks and then once he gave me Dan's number have called him about it before ever posting publicly on the board. After being patient for that long and not getting anywhere then I felt it was time to let others know how it was being dealt with. If they would have dealt with the matter and taken care of it this would have never been a problem or gone public on the board.

Just got a call from Dan with the money order tracking number. Doesn't do much good since he got the money order and sent it out via usps without tracking. Apparently it didn't go out until friday so we will give it till tomorrow and go from there.
