Since i made the post about what is going on, it is only fair to post updates for the others to see. Ya it's real funny that you have been telling me for over 3 weeks that its in the mail. I guess the usps is really slow. You don't seem to get that if i would have my refund within a timely manner of sending the tuner back that we would have no issue.

No funny at all Chris!!! This guy knows no one on this board, you handled the transaction, he has returned the programer and says its been a month with no refund. What is so funny about that?

I have the tracking info here that shows it delivered on 2/2/10. I will say that with talking to Dan on the phone he seems to be decent guy and just wants to get this resolved.

one lou u dont know the dates it hasnt been 3 weeks it was two and the first one was because the ****ing idiot who sent it put the wrong zip, then he sent out of the next week which was last friday thats 2
also i did offer this guy to drive the money up there my self no response to that
that is why its funny

personal insults should lead to a ban list also why dont u read some

so then i guess the threats from your brother should lead to him being banned. like i said i have the shipping info, it's over a month since returned. i keep everything.

I have all the info I got from Diablo's tech line saved to bring up if needed. If i would have know it could just be updated and fixed that would have been cool. When you said to send it back and see if you guys could unlock it you didn't seem to know any of this either. we could have simply resolved this with the tuner being made useable and sent back to me. you were the one that said that he couldn't get it to unlock and would refund me. you obviously did not find out till later that it could be updated. I paid for a tuner that was suppose to work when received.

supposedly. hopefully it comes today. if so, it's all resolved and i am fine with that. i'm not that hard to get along with, just like being used.

Im not taking sides here Chris, I have vouched for you and your brother. If someone you didn't know had your money you would be worried too. 125.00 is alot of money to some people.

in the mail. where it's been for 3 weeks. when is the last time you saw the usps be that slow. i know you have said there have been things that happened like the wrong address etc. if you were on my end of the deal wouldn't that stuff all start to look like excuses after a while?
