Got a little more done. The floor in this car is near mint. On the fairmonts there is a bracket under the floor that holds part of the ebrake system in place, the floor rusted out in this spot due to water and crap being traped in there. I cut off the bracket 1st and then cut out the bad area of the floor, made a patch, then welded it in. I then had to rebuild the bracket and weld it back in. One more hole to go and rust repair is done.

Got the new front frame rail section installed tonight.

Got a little more done today with a little help from the wife. Taught her how to use the plasma cutter, heat gun, wire wheel and the weld. She finished welding the rocker patch in on the front. I have to make 1 more small patch for the floor and the floor is done and ready for paint on the inside.

Thats what she said, she wants her rag top done. Haven't stole anything from it yet, LOL. That motor and trans would look nice in there though.
