Passtime just made me LOL!

Watching PassTime and they just had a combo round. SRT4 vs VW Bug. The bug put 178 to the wheels and the kid with the SRT4 had the obligatory bigger turbo with the CF hood and the name dropping for who tuned it. Ken asked "how much boost you runnin?" and the kid says "thirty" trying to be all pimp.

Then he runs a 12.60 @ 123 but the coup de gras is that the bug won!

^^^ indeed! I just found it funny that the neon ran the time it did considering they were at a sea level track and I ran a better time with a smaller turbo on lower boost (albeit on 100 octane not pump gas).

ps - your avatar rocks! I just got hooked on that show.

That's pretty wild! I think I seen that one, I've been watchin Pass Time for a while now. I might of seen everyone, lol! I new my stang wasn't runnin that bad when I saw 03'-04' Termi's on there runnin worse times than me with alot of stuff done to'em too!!!!

I like PassTime too. It's the only show from the Pinks people that I really care to watch.

I honestly cracked up at this one. Since the first srt4 went 10's a few years ago, people are getting into the 10's with amazing frequency now. With the "sponsor" stickers on the neon, the big turbo, the name dropping, and the way he said "thirty" trying to be coy/sly I was thinking "could this thing be in the 10.90's?". Then the 12.60 came up and laughter ensued.
