Factory Ford Scanner. Have cards for 1984 to 1994, 1999 to 2002, and the Function card (Key programming, ABS bleeding, etc.) Includes a bunch of cables also. I do not have a card for 1995 to 1998. I think you could use 1994 in place of 95. I had it hooked up to a 1998 Taurus punched in as a 1999 and it worked fine. It also has Generic OBD II non CAN ability.
