There is a number of us that drive all the way out to Allentown to the Lehigh (sp) Valley Grand Prix a few times a year. There is one in northern VA too, but I don't know of any in or near the 'burgh. If there was I'd be all over it!

And although I've never been to the one in Carlisle, from what Troy has told me its nothing like Lehigh Valley. These are very fast carts with computerized timing, neck restraints, helmets, and all.

I'm glad this place isn't closer or I'd be broke!

This one may or may not be closer to the 'burgh. I'm too lazy to map quest it. I've raced here before as well and it was a blast.

There's a closed Macy's in the Natrona Heights Plaza and an old Montgomery Wards in Lower Burrell that would be very ideal n spacious places I'd think for some karting.

That was on my mind too. There's a tremendous amount of vacant retail
space around here, and probably will be even more.

Sounds like a good side business for a few guys with some cash.

Oh and I volunteer to be one of the managers!

Think about how crappy the weather is here...

I bet some indoor excitement like this would be a hit! $$
