    AOD neutral safety switch

Anyone have a neutral safety switch lying aroung that they wanna get rid of. Im pretty sure mine is bad. Intermitently the car wont turn over as if the car isn't in park. I took the shifter cable off of the tranny and put it in park by hand but it still only start sometimes.

My car was doing that with the clutch switch, now that I'm going auto also, I'm just bypassing it, not worth the hassle.

Are you running an aftermarket shifter? If so, you can bypass the OEM one and set it up on the shifter.

I thought about bypassing it but it also works my reverse lights. They have them at advance but they aren't cheap so I thought I would check on here to see if some one has a used one.
