    spark plugs

I changed my spark plugs the other day, and put motorcraft SP 493 in. I finally was able to get the car out today and its missing at low rpms, the gap on the new plugs were at .54 and my old motorcrafts had a gap of .65 and they call for .54 so i dont what to do now.

X2 and make sure you didnt mix any wires up. Its possible to get a bad plug.

if you never removed the wires from the coil packs, you can easily trace the wire to see if they're going to the right plug. The cylinder numbers should be in accending order from the front or back of the engine. You should figure it out..
