I wish I had some time this past weekend to put it together but with easter and everything going on I ran out of time.

Motor should be completely assembled tomorrow, got the K frame back
heads are assembled, rotating mass is torqued down

Are you considering getting those exhaust manifolds high-temp powdercoated? The rest of the motor looks too pretty to bolt up those oxidized puppies.

Do yourself a favor an install some headers now, much much easier than after its in the car.
You can get some Flowtech's pretty cheap and they were good better than OK quality wise---I helped my friend install them on a '97 Cobra and it is a major PITA withour dropping the subframe. I think they were only $200 or so.

Good point j, It is almost impossible to bolt them up without the motor out of the car, only way to really get in there is to drop the k-member.

Tell me about it John, worst header install I ever did, took a full weekend :)
Also Jim, my brother uses BBKs for a '03-04 Cobra in his '86 with the mod swap. Passenger side fit perfect, the drivers needed one tube 'massaged'. He did have a tubular K but I'd still think you could make a 4V set work.

I will check into the headers, if the price is right Ill go ahead and get them...........this K member wont be around for long ill be going tubular soon, its just to get me running.

im going to try to get the new K member and engine in this weekend
