Ahhhh..... thanks for asking, but that's a sore subject...lol... its coming very slowly, but things should pick up soon... i closed on the loan at the beginning of September, and ever since then, the sewer authority has jerked me around right and left..... FINALLY, i got all of the permits last week, including the one that was holding us up - the sewer permit. The power company is laying the temp line tomorrow, and things should start!!

So, for me, the car has been a real shining star in what has been a very frustrating several months.... I can't stop talking about it - i always loved vettes, but its better than i had imagined! I still have to add some more pics... we got it professionally detailed on friday, but the pics i took are way too bright b/c the sun was shining in my face, so i'll have to get some more another time....

How do you like that 3600? I've been thinking about going a little bigger than my current 3200.

I love it.... although, the transmission is a lot more than just a stock one with a converter... I never could have imagined i'd be so happy with an auto, but this bugger is really fun!!!

Wow I don't know how I missed this. I hate vettes but this one sounds dope! I can't wait to see track times. I love how its all blacked out. One of my favorite things about the vettes are the wheels. They a awesome rims. I like how its actually modded and its fast compared to the old man who buys a vette for the mid life crisis. Lol. Nice find! Can't wait to see the updates!! Maybe turbo!?!?!?? I love they way these cars sound as well!

    Thanks guys!

I really don't plan on modifying it any.... ultimately, i would like to have a larger cam than a 228.... i'd love something with duration more in the 240's or high 230's, but the car runs good, so i really don't see any reason to go tearing into it... and with my house being built, the spare money to put a large cam in probably won't come easy....
The only other thing is that i normally like loud cars, but i'm very happy with this one... I did some research on the corvette forum, and the suggested exhaust 9 times out of 10 is the Z06 exhaust that my car has... mainly because when you put your foot in it, it makes plenty of noise, yet at highway speeds it doesn't drone - from what i read, that seems to be the main complaint with the aftermarket exhausts... Also, i've read that soem of the exhausts like the SLP, which are basically just straight pipes, sound like garbage... and with the price of vette exhausts STARTING at $800, i don't really care to find out... Like i said, the exhaust on it makes plenty of noise and sounds great! The previous owner told me that he used to have cut-outs on it and that it sounded bada$$... and the switch and wiring is still all in place for me to put electric cut-outs back in it if i want... so, i may consider doing so... but with long tubes, that will be brutally loud, so i dunno... i'm really pleased with the noise level as it is...

I'm going to work on learning how to use this nitrous kit tonight... the LCD screen seems bada$$, and it gives directions on how to do a dry run (no n2o, no extra fuel), so i'll probably give that a shot to verify that everything works and the wideband is working and so forth...

Before i ever run the n2o through it, i have to buy some 110 octane... nitrous system has a standalone fuel system for when on the spray... anyone know where i can get some???
