whos good at buffing???

need some one who can give me a good buff
its a 2000 mustang, problem is its black so im kinda scared to do it
car came from arizona so certain spots are little faded wanted to see what a buff job will go
i got a garage u can do it in, but ull have to bring buffer and compound or just tell me what compound to get

i didnt even think of u, im doing it now with somelbow grease ha ha aint looking as good if it was a buffer but its doing it ok
