im going to be ditching all my fox engine parts..
it would be 302 std bore, stock rotating assembly
all new bearings/seals freshened up not even 5000 miles ago
GT-40p heads that were ported to diyporting's guide to GT-40ps *EDIT it was diyporting's guide
Explorer intake with TB (taking off the cobra)
complete intake to oil pan
complete engine wiring and engine bay wiring/headlight wiring with all sensors/relays
A9L computer
FMS shorty stainless steel ceramic coated headers
more than likely will be sold with my stainless bassani x pipe
24 or 19 lb injectors (buyers choice)
air intake, maf
brand new 3G altenator/ power steering / A/C (all accessories)

this is basically everything to swap this to another car.

I have a guy interested, i was thinking 1000?

I think $1000 would be a really good deal for everything you just listed. The heads alone, unported tend to go for $250-300ish

thats what i was thinking, ive seen how much engine wiring is worth and A9Ls usually bring pretty good money.

the motor has an F cam as well, forgot mention that

Honestly I think if I was selling it I would probably be asking a bit more than $1000, but you should have no problem at all selling it for that price, so you'll probably get a quick sale.

I would ask $1200. The price could always come down to make the sale. I always start out asking more than I want out of something so that when the negotiation starts I have some room to come down.

Do you have the maf for the 24 lb injectors?
