Thanks.
All of the paint on the grill was flaking of and it wasn't even bolted on right.
Off for paint
Painted grill, looks a bit better. Replaced the phony silver screws in the grill with original black ones(not shown in pic). Also a nice shot of the Global West tubular front control arms and monster Hotchkis sway bar.
Here's the old license plate frame.. not a fan. And I really wish that plate was the older style.
New plate. I also replaced those rusted license plate bolts with new ones.
Here's an older shot. I really want to get rid of those silly looking sidepipes. Not to mention they look terrible from rust.
Another shot of the rear end and suspension. I can't wait to do the frame-off and make that body spotless. The tubular hotchkis piece is a brace that ties the upper and lower control arm mounts together. The bolts go through the control arm and brace. It's meant to help prevent tearing the crossmember on the frame when your putting down a lot of power.

Mine was a 307 auto on the tree. Already upgraded the fuel and brake lines. It had a factory non-flapper cowl hood and factory SS gauges. Weird package ordered. Yours is looking great!

Next on the list: the steering set-up.
I got a new center link, 4 new tie rod ends, and a new ACDelco idler arm. That's in addition to the Hotchkis tie rod sleeves I had from the suspension kit.
Here's the old, stock steering rig. It's pretty dirty.
Center Link
Here's the idler arm, installed.
Centerlink installed
Old tie rods vs. new tie rods
Comparison of the old vs. new
I don't have many good pics of the brake set up... so I'll have to add more later. Here is the rear discs that I put on there. A large amount of custom modifications were necessary.
