I live in Mesa which is East of Phoenix. It gets really really hot here in the summer, but you can race year round and don't deal with blizzards. If you want to ski flagstaff is about a 2:30 drive.

LOL. I would get a permanent boot from this track if I ran a 9 until I came back with a full cage which is not going to happen with my street car.
