I was reading about how to convert my 3 port MC to the newer 2 port since I am upgrading to sn95 brakes. If you gut the stock valve would I be better off just throwing the junky stock block away and going to something like this? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-G3910/
I have read that some people set the adjustment up for the rear brakes, and some suggest for the front. I am assuming the magazines are more correct with the adjustment being on the rear brake line.
Can someone clear things up for me? Is there no real safety factor if you lose a brake line once you gut the distribution block or is that built into the master cylinder itself?
