Wow I'm impressed! Alot of you have some great jobs! I was a laborer at a local machine shop for the past 11 years until I got laid off in april of last year. Luckily there's extensions on unemployment or I'd be in trouble. It was nice being off last summer though, I detailed a few cars and had a couple yards I took care of so I kept busy. I was really excited about a job at Johnson Matthey in Smithfield I interviewed for but I ended up not getting it. If all else fails I can always beg to get called back to where I'm laid off.

Was a full time male whore! Well, then the g.f. said I had to get a new job. So, I own my own communications contracting business. I have a handful of different companies I do work for. We do anything from two Satellite Communications used for internet and P.O.S. machines (credit cards) for several commercial retailers. I pull and install WLAN/LAN networks. We pull Cat5/Cat6 & Fiber. I also do Security Cameras/and alarm installs for ADT. And I work on Cisco routers & switches. and a bunch of other misc. b.s. in between.

I am a heavy equipment operator in the coal handling department at Homer City Powerplant. I've been there a little over two years. Before that I was a commercial/light industrial electrician for about 8 years in VA.

I'm an intern at American Bridge Company in Coraopolis while I'm finishing up my degree in structural engineering. I pretty much do CADD drawings and calculations all day.

When I graduate I'll be full time and moving around the country building bridges.
