    Moving to Fayette County

The Wife and I have purchased another house in Fayette County just outside of Perryopolis. With our Daughter's toys starting to overtake our current house and a Son on the way in the next few weeks, we knew it was time to get something a bit bigger.

After ALOT of searching we stumbled on one for sale by owner that was handed down from a family estate. It's a 5 bedroom, 6-1/2 bath (Full bath in Poolhouse) and just over 5,000 square feet. Needless to say, space should not ever be a problem again! House also has a big inground pool (needs liner), poolhouse, tennis/play court for the kids and best of all, a 2 car garage on one end of the house and a 4/5 car garage on the other. There are 2 drivways that have enough room to park about 20 cars.

House has been empty for over 4 years, so there are some small updates that need done to some dated bathroom fixtures, but very livable as is. Several rooms with marble flooring, expensive wookwork and an already updated kitchen. Looks like closing is on track for March 8th. I just hope my Wife doesn't go into labor during it!

Congrats Ed! That is a LOT of house!

My wife and I just moved too and for the same reasons! Our house became too small with all of the toys and once our son was born we knew it was time to move on. We moved into a modern ranch style home built in 2005 with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, ~5000sqft of living space, and a 3 car garage with radiant heated floors. The nice thing is that it has 10.5' high ceilings in the garage so a 4 post lift will be going in and its on a nice level lot so no more hills for me!
