Supercharged 1993 Cobra many upgrades

I'm surprised my friend wants me to do this but he's found an '03 Cobra he wants to buy.
1993 Cobra
Red w/ grey cloth and sunroof about 70k miles
Many nice upgrades: stock shortblock, TFS TW heads, TFS st. 2 cam, Edelbrock RPM2 intake, 42# inj./255 walbro, BBK longtubes/H-pipe, MAC 2.5" CB, TKO 600 w/ pro5.0, Spec 2+ clutch, 3.73s, Novi 2000 passenger side Renegade kit (better brakets/10-rib/bigger intake pipe/Mondo blow-off), AC lines custom to retain with renegade kit, nice CD and speakers, Cobra R hood, A-pillar guages, white guage faces, Cobra R wheels.
Tuned by Lidio at Alternative Auto, makes 475/450 at the tires at just under 10# and a safe pump gas tune.
He rarely drives it and its a very nice driver.
It has had a minor collision but it does not show on the title.
My dad actually bought it and we fixed it correctly and then my friend bought it and did all the upgrades over the last 5-6 years. I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things.
