    couple pics

    just wanted 2 post a couple pics of fresh painted hood and fr clip, painted by jim pitterich (phil clarr autobody) jim painted this at his house...
    i had whole fr clip painted 2 match hood...still have 2 wash it and put stuff back on... hood pins,headlights,etc...looks like the hood doesnt line up on 3rd and 4th pic, it has lil play in it,it will line up as soon as hood pins are on..

    yep sure is only 3in though...fit very nice and not alot of prep into in... looks alil off cause hood pins arent in...

    it is med red paint, blk interior

    Thats what I have also. Excellant product. You dont have to use pins if you dont want to. The latch on those hoods is constructed nicely. It works real well with the factory set-up. Just use both parts.

    yeah i just decided 2 use pins like how they look,plus jimmy said it will eventually crack the hood where the spring is...

    glad i didnt go 4in think would look 2 big even though i coulda used 1, had 2 run 3in air clearner and want 2 run 4in clearner...
