Good morning fellas. The name is Dan B. and I bleed Ford blue!! Have five of them in the garage and only one of them is a car. Yes...I like trucks! Only one has a mod motor and it's in the 2001 F-150 Supercrew. The rest are old school mills...two SBF Rangers, one 2.3L Ranger and the lone car is a 1988 5.0L Thunderbird (the poor man's Mustang I guess).
Actually I got tired of looking for a Mustang (all I found were rotted and beaten cars) and bought the 'bird for $1500 in AWESOME condition from the second owner.
Here's the business end of the 351W Ranger...it's sidelined for now after I grenaded the C4 last summer! No biggy...hotrodding is all about eliminating the weak parts.
Since I'm slinging up pics, here's my 2007 Suzuki Bandit 1250S...my favorite racing machine. She cruises to the tune of 45mpg, runs deep into the 11.2's with my hefty arse aboard and is cruisable all day long! The first summer I hit her for almost 10K miles...being able to travel for work is awesome!
Each has its own story, one is still waiting to make a story. If I did not spend so much time and money on guns I'd likely be able to afford a new 5.0L Mustang.
I look forward to hopefully making a couple cruises when you fellas head into the Latrobe/Greensburg area. The wife is a BIG fan of Dino's.
