94 Explore 4WD $750 OBO

I have a 94 Ford Explorer.It is 4wd and is in great shape.The interior is red and is in excellent shape.It has pw,pl,a/c blows COLD !. The 4wd works fine.The transmission works perfect.The body has some rust at the front of the rear 1/4 panels and the clear coat peeled off the hood.I just put new front and rear brakes on along with one new rotor,new ball joints on passenger side and new radius arm bushings.It has 135,000 miles on it.The only problem is is started to overheat the other day and i have no idea what is wrong with it and I have no money to fix it so I am just going to sell it and drive my other car.Other than the overheating problem is works perfect and doesn't need anything else.It has really good tires on it also.If you have any questions feel free to call me at 814-386-3784.I will consider any reasonable offers.I found an entire motor for it for $350 but like I said I just dont have the cash to fix it.

4.0 ohv v6. They aren't bad motors, decent torque, mostly reliable, its no speed demon though that's for sure.

Did you happen to suspect a blown head gasket? A couple cars of mine were overheating because of this..

I really have no idea.That is exactly what it acts like honestly.It pushes water out of the radiator and then warms up a bit.It has never gotten to the H on the gauge yet.I took the radiator cap off and it was pushing water out pretty bad.I drove it this morning for a couple minutes after I put water back in it and temp gauge never went past 1/2 way.I just do not have the cash or time to fix this.This will make someone a great vehicle.I fixed all the stuff that usually goes on these things.I've owned it for over a year and it has treated me very well

FWIW, I had a 2000 and had to put a motor in it (4.0 pushrod). You can find these motors CHEAP, nice truck. I paid like 250 bucks for one with like 70,000. Easy to swap too.
