    I'm in the same......boat?

I'm looking at whats out there as well. There seems to be a ton of deals out there right now. I kicked around a jet ski, then boat, then back to jet ski. I don't know. If I do get one I'm going with a smaller boat, 20' and under on a single axle trailer. 4-6 cylinder because the v8s are hogs. Some of the 4 banger boats actually can get up around 40-45 mph. From what i've heard the 4.3 v6 is a pretty reliable motor. What are you looking for?

Well i never owned a boat but i do have two jet skis and i can tell u they are a blast. They are great if u only have a few people and want to just go out and spend the day and have somewhere to dock conveniently. The only downfall is u really cant just lay around and party on one and they have to be in before dark. A decent size boat is great if u have alot of people, and to just lay around on and it can stay out all night if you would like. The jet skis work out for me cause i have a few buddies that have boats and an island to dock on, but i were to get a boat it would be a V8 for sure IMO

Our first boat was a 20 ft closed bow stingray, a little older, then we got a 22 ft open bow stingray, and a jetski.....loved em all, we never had time for them tho, so they were sold.

I absolutely love having my boat. Have had one or my brother has had one for last 12 yrs. Although this year, no boating. Kid on the way and house and well, anyway. Anyone interested in Pontoon, let me know!

I have a 20ft open bow boat with a Volvo inboard/outboard engine. I do enjoy it when i get to use it, but i seem to spend more time maintaining it than using it. Its also a PITA to get in my driveway
