Well, the deal fell through. I found a GT500 on eBay and talked to the dealer a bit... Ended up signing the papers and scanning them back to him from here.
I'll be flying down to Raleigh, NC when I get back home, 1-way, then driving it home!

The dealer had it on eBay for 41,995. I sent him a message and gave him my scenario.
Sadly, I bit at the first offer, which was 37921.16 before Tax.

Mods? Eh, I had to get the stupid stuff out of the way (Just bought the signed Dash Plaque, Certificate of Authenticity, Blue w/ white stripe car cover and a dead pedal :D).
I'll start with a bolt on CAI and another SCT Tuner, then its time to let Jon Lund do his work!
Im geeked for this project though... I want to get a baseline dyno, then start adding parts and see the gains.
First mod, as always is the mufflers. I still got a set of SLPs from the 2005 in the garage.
Very nice, if you not going to do the aftermarket blower then you might not want to do headers since the gains are minimal, which I figured I wasn't going to do anything but pulley my car (as you can see I uh..... went a lil' overboard :p) then you might consider and o/r X pipe if the SLP mufflers don't do it for yaHey man, That sounds like a plan.
