    distributor ???

    i just got a reman from work and it looks like the older style with the ing. module mounted on it but it has a block off plate where it would plug in just was curious if it would be ok it has a sticker that says it my slightly differ in apperence but i dont know it a A1 cardone

    Yes I've seen alot like that it will still work. Make sure the gear is steel though. I've seen some that did not and had to be sent back. It was few and far between but it does happen time to time. The cast gear will have sort of a rough appearance and the steel gear will have a machined look. The a1 remans seem to be fairly decent though.

    by the look of the gear it has very small groves on the teeth
