Call it ... I guarantee they'll have a story about how they are in the military and the car is being send "home" (Pittsburgh) from California (or ??) and they'll want you to bid/deposit via e-bay. They'll than ask you for your e-mail to send you the link to the car ...... which is actually a fake e-bay site.
