Yes they are. A few years ago I stopped going to PRP in order to make two trips a year to Cecil for a track rental. I spent the same amount of money per year and basically got the same amount of runs in LOL! Cecil is such a bad ass track as far as time are concerned, after running there its hard to race anywhere else.
