Thx for all the help guys. Banquets unlimited is officially canceled. We have an app wed morning at lakeview in greensburg. It's hard finding a venue that will support 250 to 300 people. Tentative pricing is $45-$50 a plate depending on meal selection and includes alcohol, only extra's will be us buying the cake and any orderves we want. More then I wanna spend but if it's nice and the fiance likes it, well then it's worth it to me.

I just keep thinking this could be a helluva down payment on a z06 hahahah, fiance doesn't seem to agree!!!

My brother got married at Lakeview in '09. Nice place. Looking through the posts, Rob, you paid 90 dollars a plate? Christ. I just got married in February at Palmieri's in Turtle Creek. We didn't want any church B.S., so we had it all there. It was actually really nice, and our food was only like 20/plate, and it was possibly the best food I've had at a wedding at any price. Amazing for the money all in all, but I understand if some need the fairy tale wedding, but it worked for us.

That makes me feel very good, glad to hear people have great experiences there. Fiance got a packet in the mail sat and I didn't even know. $45 a plate for chicken and $50 for the fillet, fine with me. As long as she loves it and the contract doesn't have non-sense in it, i'm already sold! It'll be in the crystal room, here's a few pictures.

Well visit to Lakeview was Ok..... I don't love it, but I don't hate it. I DO NOT like the room setup, not the table's, not where the head table goes, nothing about it. To support our guest list, they use both round and regular 8-foot tables, I think that looks terrible. Ah well, more appointments this week and next!

My buddy had the best reception EVER.
First of all the took all pictures before, so there was nearly no wait for the bride and groom to arrive to the reception.
The reception was in their parent's large back yard.
Buffet style dinner, cupcakes instead of cake (well there was a small fancy cake).
Best of all, they rented a huge moon-bounce, big enough for the adults!! hahaha
