on the second gen intake i sold you yes they do, I think there is a difference between 96-98 and 99-04 cobras and mach 1s. im pretty sure the IAC hole is different in the TB's

I found a 01 Cobra TB with TPS in good shape for $55 shipped so I think I'm gonna pick that up. I'm sure there is a way to make it work.
cool, I think thats the one you need anyways, the 96-98 cobras dont have the provisions in the TB for the IAC and if i remember what that intake looked like it needs the IAC hole
