    Thoughts on this

Well i am trying to get my 89 coupe on the road right now, and looking to get some suspension on it before the motor gets in.. I was going to run coilovers but after pricing it out i dont want to spend that much with the little motor going into it.. So i was going to run the Eibach drag launch kit with Lakewood 90/10s up front and 50/50s out back.. Anyone run this setup or even the drag launch kit.. Like it? hook good? or is it a waste of money and just go with the strange coilover setup?

Last year, My Capri had the Eibach launch springs all the way around with Koni single adjustables up front, and good old monroe matics in the rear. I was real happy with that set up on the car. I went to coil over's this year but maily becasue I wanted to loose the SVO lower control arms (long story)

I ran the drag launch kit and loved it, Ran 10.80's with those springs hangin the fronts a little too, in fact I may still have them

go coilovers and never look back ,they are soooo much easier to work with than all that stored energy in the regular springs.

A lot of weight savings in the coilover setup vs the stock type springs.

even running a "little motor", i would invest in the suspension. spending a bit more now will keep you from spending again a little while down the road.
