Will a clutch kit that is made to use with my stock t-45 work behind a 2003 Cobra flywheel?

it wont work, you need an 11inch

the 96-98s are drilled both for 10.5 and 11 inch

Thanks for the reply. So in reality would any clutch for a 99-04 Cobra/Mach 1 or Mid 01-04 GT work? Like I said its my stock 1998 GT t-45 behind a '03 Cobra flywheel and '03 Motor.

Now that I think about it too, will my tranny even work? Are the splines the same? What would I need to do to make it work?

yep your t-45 will work, im using a cobra flywheel too. Thats actually the clutch I bought for use with my t-5
