I'm selling my car to someone else that lives in PA. He lives about 3 hours away and wants to just make one trip. Is this possible??

Sure, if he flat beds it home or you allow him to drive it under your insurance and tags. I really don't think it's possible unless you can pay the lien off before hand, maybe float credit card checks, savings or 401K loan?
I once sold a vehicle to a guy who gave me a credit union check and I mailed the title later ..... man was that shady and stupid of me!!!
I've done it atleat two times that I can remember.
My 98 cobra...The guy was from Bedford, and he paid the loan off before he came down. Once the title came he came to get it.
My vette...I drove it to Erie, dude looked at it, then we went to the bank. We paid off the loan, and my dad and I drive home.
