    Any1 have a Tach in Cobra???

    Hey guys, I have a 2003 Cobra that I am buying a tach and shift light for. I need to know if anyone is usung the autometer adapter kit for coil pack cars or is there an easyer way of doing it? Thanks!

    You will need to use the tach adapter. The Autometer one hooks into the main coil signal/power wire in engine harness. Mine is hooked up at the main connector at firewall on passenger side. Simple hookup as directions are easy to follow.

    MSD has a tach adapter also but it looks identical to the Autometer unit.
