    Project OEM N/A 5.0L shortblock H/C/I heads to dyno

    After some down time (winter) the 302 comes back to life on sat. the 10th of March at Hybridynamics in Youngwood, PA for some baseline pulls.

    Mike,

    Combo is shifted @ 6,300 rpm. Through the lights @ 6,700 rpm.

    For a NA 302 that thing runs like a **tch. What did you do with the stock rev limiter? PMS, chip etc.

    There is no tune in it besides setting the timing with the distributor and adjusting the fuel press. A Motorsport Extender gets me around the 6,250 rpm rev-limiter. Eventually, I will be running an AEM computer and will most likely eliminate the M.A.F. for a speed density set-up.

    In all seriousness, best of luck, and It will be good to see what your A/F is like. You may have some timing on the table yet? You know? Also it will be really good to see where your power is being made/lost along the rpm band.

    im not overly familiar... can someone fill me in on the setup?
    1986 GT:331, Edelbrock Vic Jr heads, Jay Allen custom cam, TFS R intake, 30# injectors, 75mm t-body, 80mm PRO-M, AFM Powerpipe, BBK 1 3/4 long tubes, BBK X pipe, 4.10s, 5 lug conversion, 99GT rims/Nitto DRs, PBR brakes, Lakewood 50/50s, Moroso rear drag springs, Sub frames, 2.5" cowl, Saleen spoiler

    11.50 at 121mph
