I'm secretly jealous of how well your Cobra runs with its power and DR's. You definitely know how to drive. Keep up the good work!

Thanks, I think the car will go 11.7 yet... A guy from Morgantown is bringing up his C6 Z06 (stock) we have a friendly wager going :), also a guy with a 06 GTO that idles funny and has a few bolt on's. I don't think he's going to be much of a threat but he wants a shot so....

Went 12.4 in hot ass humid weather and jacked up shift points earlier this year. Changes I made / will have made include:

-26" tires instead of 27"
-Got it to shift right and not bang the rev limiter 3 times on the 2-3 shift
-Going to get rid of torque management
-Gonna try playing with fan settings and further fine tune shift points

Hopefully all that with the cooler fall weather (about 20 degrees cooler than last time I ran) will make for atleast a 12.29 or faster. That is all I am looking for. I might even try a skinny driver if I can find one as I weigh ~255.

Well the faggot that has the HPtuners cable is being ***** whipped so I wont be able to tune torque management out or the fans.. Oh well. Can't count on anyone anymore, and a mans word means nothing these days.

This is why I went how I did with EMS ... Effectively, I'm on my own with tuning now, but I'm also not counting on anyone. It was a BIG step, but I would do it again in a heart beat to be where I am.

I ran once then left, too many people there. First time at the track with this car, ran a 12.37 @ 118mph. Didn't launch it at all, just put it to the floor in first after rolling out. no power shifting. 2.3 60',94mph 1/8th...that's all I remember. Not bad I guess, but I'm afraid of breaking stuff lol.

Nice seeing a bunch of fine folks from scs today! Sucks about the halfshaft greg, but I swear you have the cleanest car I've ever seen. I need to ship mine to you for detailing. 6 hours and two runs was all I could stand.
1st:
12.4 @ 123.59 with a spinning wildly 2.1 60'
2nd:
11.9 @ 123.56 with a soft boggy 1.95 60'
