so i went up to butler parts-a-rama today, wow what a wasted trip!!!! now there were some good deals on few stangs,motor,slicks,tires etc..

but i really thought it wouldve been better. i seen that black GT with the high wing (used to be on here, for sale there) was listed as a 98svt.

I'm so glad I have never ventured up there as it seems that there is a post like this here every year.

X 2. I get all pumped up about going and it seems these o-ramas are always a letdown.

Its just everybodys junk that they dont want to take to the scrap yard yet. I have not been to one in 5 years. Unless you are looking for something specific, its generally a waste of time. The junk tools are not a bad buy sometimes though. You can usually re-turn them to sears or snap-on and get new replacements.

You haven't been to Carlise Ford parts a rama the last 3 plus years and bought anything? ;)

yea there were a few odds & ends including tools i got, but yea it did look like a huge scrap sale.

Chrome Speed had some good ( Blow Out Sale) deals on wheels, also the 63 Falcon 2 Dr sedan for 600.00 Bux.

just came from there myself.if your lookin for small block chevy stuff from 60s and 70s better get down there.i know some of that stuff i threw away in high school
