damn that's a huge dent.... surely not just someone parked beside you, or the wind blowing a cart.... that looks quite intentional

Sorry to see that Pop! It makes me sick but before jumping to conclusions read on...
I was at the local Target store on a windy day and almost had a first had seat to the damage a shopping cart being pushed by the wind can do. That thing was hauling @$$ right for the side of my truck. Luckely I just got parked and out of the truck when I heard the sound a cart hell bent on destruction. You know the sound...what seemed like 50mph and climbing with the front wheels shaking like they were going to fly off and the entire buggy was bouncing. I caught the thing before any damage was done but I had no idea the speeds that thing could get to. Damn near ripped my arms off grabbing it too. After I got it stopped I saw a pile of smashed carts at the end of the parking lot. They were bent to hell and back. LOL

Years ago I used to corral buggies at Sam's Club. Can't tell you how many cars I've seen bruised. They ARE responsible, always demand they take pictures and disclose their insurer.
To this day anytime I see someone not return their cart to where it is supposed to be I say something and usually not in a nice tone. More people need to speak up when they see injustice instead of letting complacency win. The idiots must not win.
Live free or die
I was parked at the end of the lot. plus the lot is sloped so if the wind was pushing it, it must have been going fast. Took my car to the repair shop today. Still waiting for estimate. Will post the damage cost when I find out.
They give me this very ugly rental car. Chevy HRR Just the car I want to take to a car cruise!
