i am getting snowned right now....i drove the stang with the 2 slicks on rear thinking the snow missed us.....uhhhh nope...we got 2" right now. so i am not gonna be able to get the mustang home. ill probably end up driving a company truck home or calling the wifey and having her come get me tonight.

me ed...i deserve it.....i have terrible luck...everytime i thought i had some tires lined up something fell through.

i cant justify spending $200+ on cheap no named tires here....only to need a set of 4 come summer.

everytime i thought i had a set to buy something happened (on their end) and i couldnt get them :(

quick - no drifitng....i cant make it up the hill to even start drifting home.

Well, just get a set of SuperSwampers and put them on. Don't you Hillbillies run them on everything?

Plus I can see how $200 isn't justified to avoid $2,000 in repairs. You should be able to get a cheap set of NEW tires in that size for $60 to $75 each.

now you just making me look stupid.

i called EVERY tire place between my house and work. cheapest i found a pair installed is $197.

if i had known it was going to snow i wouldnt drive the stang, id take the jeep....but i didnt.

if i cant find a better deal by tomorrow ill call her uncle and see if he will mount my tires...then ill buy 4 tires from discount tire and have him install. then ill just keep the ponies and do the 5 lug swap next year.
