LOL I am not going to go that dark, I just want some med/light tint. I have a nice light tint on my wife's Altima that is a little metallic and it looks darker than it really is. If i can get that type I will probably go that route. Using a guy who offers a choice of types AND quality tint is what I am looking for, oh and of course, an excellent job.

I have used total image in robinson for all my cars so far and they always turn out great. The guy that runs the shop is a car guy and rides a hayabusa and the tint guy is also very nice (rides an r1). Heres how mine turned out.....

Jeff does great work and will really take care of you, He just did my cobra. But dont think your going to get it done for 120 bucks, your back window is not easy to tint at all.

back window on a vette is really hard, it slops both ways, He did my buddys c6 in one piece but you gotta pay to play

Well I made some call today. Jeff Johnston told me that the Vette is one he cannot do. He said the rear window is a bitch and that it needs tools that he does not have. I am glad that he was honest.

I ended up making an appointment with Toby, Rob's friend. He sounds very accomplished with this type of car and understands what I expect and says it's no problem. I will post up pics when I get it done.

My buddy knows him and does all of his cars. I got a bad tint job on my truck from somewhere else and had it pulled, maybe I will try him next...

Be VERY glad you went with Toby, and not Jeff Johnston. Jeff completly destroyed my front windows on my king ranch. I'll have to post a couple pics. I took my 03 F-150 to him back in 03 and the job he did was kinda crappy. Well you would think I'd learn. Tried giving him another try this year but the Guy is a complete hack job, never again.
