i guess due to the college and all...but hard to believe i could essentially take a pay cut and live in pitt pa as comfortable as i am here

Houses up here are way cheaper than most other places I've looked, but I'm fairly certain taxes are the opposite, although I can't really seem to find a website to estimate taxes.

talking to ed last night i realized i should move to pa. for the past 5 weeks at least once a week i was somewhere in pa.

2 trips to carnegie, few to washington, uniontown, and pittsburgh.

now if only the wife would move.....but that shiit aint happening.

She has her certification and gets the clearances every year. but seeing as they wont force any on these rat bag teachers in Carlyington school to retire, she cant get a job...and the teachers still make over 80K per year to work 9 months and have every weekend off, spring break, christmas break, and all the other holidays. For working 180 days per year, thats alot of change. Its actually $55.56 per hour. Sorry, I'm done venting now.

Thatks bud, no its not sold yet. I dont think they were really pushing it yet. They had it winterised and pretty much closed the gors. The signs there but I have only noticed 1 person come to look at it. I figure that by spring, it will be gonzo. The other neighbors across the street have a couple million and a son who is a wild child. As a matter of fact, he just came home with the Lancer evo. That thing is a bad mother effer. All re-done. Bigger turbo that must put out 30psi, full cage. Its all riced up. His mom wants to buy the house and put him in there. Most of his problems were from the loss of his father. He seems to have calmed down a ton. We will see.
