aka Mark Romeo! He, Balaska, and I (along with AJ Casini and Matt Obertanec from PRP) were at Bristol for the World Footbrake Challenge this past weekend. After the scheduled race was over on Saturday, the promoters put together a $100 to enter gambler's race. Mark had went out 5th round of the scheduled race (a 9 rounder that paid $10k!) and was spent, when Dean Pollock, of Dean Racing Engines and one of Mark's season sponsors, gave him a Ben Franklin and some, um, inspirational words that coincide with George Carlin's 7 words you can't say on television. :D 95 cars got in the race, and Mark was in the final when the rain moved in. They did an even split of the final round money, $1850 for each driver. Congrats Mark!
